Pickup & Delivery Policy

Order Pickup

Pickup Days and Location
  • Pickup is available within the GTA only on Wednesdays and Saturdays between the hours of 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm EST
  • Customers will pick up from a location in Midtown, Toronto, the address of which will be provided in an instruction email sent to you after you have placed your order
Scheduling Pickup
  • Within 24 hours of completing your order, an email will be sent to you with pickup instructions and a link that prompts you to book your pickup day (Wednesday or Saturday) and time
  • We ask that you are no more than 15 minutes late to pick up your order
  • Pickup closes off at 4:00 pm sharp 
  • When you arrive, locate a temporary parking space and call us at the number provided in the instruction email received
  • We will need the make, colour and license plate number of your car, as well as your order number and the email address used to place the order
  • An Accents by Kay Rep will deliver your order to your vehicle
  • To reduce physical contact, we ask that you open your trunk or back door and we will put the item in

  • Please wear a mask and practice social distancing (stay 6 feet apart) when picking up your order. Thank you in advance.

Stolen Items

  • Once the required information outlined above is provided at pickup and the item is issued, Accents by Kay considers the order fulfilled. We are therefore not responsible if an order is stolen via pickup using your order information.

Order Delivery

Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery is available within the GTA only on Wednesdays and Saturdays by 10:00 pm (on each day)
  • Deliveries will be made on the next available delivery day after your order is placed
  • To receive same-day delivery, orders must be made no later than 4:00 pm on a Wednesday or Saturday 
  • Should you require delivery on any day outside of Wednesday and Saturday, please email us at info@accentsbykay.com (additional charges will apply)

Delivery Information

  • After completing your order, you will receive an email within 24 hours with delivery details including the date and an approximate time when your order will be delivered
  • You will be notified via email when your order has been delivered 

Incorrect Delivery Address

Accents by Kay is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by a customer. No refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Accents by Kay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Accents by Kay will confirm delivery to the provided address, including date and time of delivery.
